Wow, I haven't written on here in awhile... My Facebook obsession is in full-force, and sadly, nothing else compares anymore. Besides, what would I write about on my blog: "Spent 4 hours today mindlessly playing on Facebook, in between feeding Henry lunch and picking Jacob up from school."
Yep, not very exciting.
But now I have something to talk about! Dave just got back from New York City last night. And I've come to the conclusion that, whenever Dave goes somewhere, someone gets sick. Last time he was gone, Jacob projectile-vomited all over himself, his bed, and the wall (several times). This times it's less dramatic, but still tiring. Jacob's missed 3 days of school in the last 6. Hacking cough/wheeze, sneezing (complete with snot running down to his chin), fever, and now a middle-ear infection! Poor kid. We have him so drugged up that Michael Phelps would be envious! (That was out of line, I know, but I couldn't resist!)
My parents want to bring the boys to their cabin this weekend, and I am just hoping that Jacob's health improves so that he's able to go! That would be a crushing disappointment if he couldn't go...not to mention that Dave and I have plans to go to a movie!! (Has anyone heard any reviews on "New In Town"? I really want to see that one!)
